As for the VPN speed, that is a bit of a mixed bag. While using servers closer to our location, we didn’t notice any changes in the download speed.

However, when using servers on a different continent, the speed dropped drastically, so be sure to choose the location closest to you to avoid this issue.

The VPN works great as long as you pick the correct location. Our only complaint is that the VPN feature is disabled and somewhat hidden, and you must manually enable it from the settings page.
